Since 1996, DIOPTIC has specialized in optical technologies and metrology. In close cooperation with our customers and partners from research and industry we are working on solutions in the fields of photometry, spectroscopy, microscopy, fluorescence metrology and interferometry. Whenever commercial solutions are not available or are connected with huge costs, our know-how comes in and we step into action to develop specifically tailored solutions.

DIOPTIC carries out research and development on demand, proves feasibility, consults engineering and construction offices and supports projects from the very first concept up to prototypes and production samples. We carry out fundamental analysis of our customers' existing products with the goal of optimizing the product through a better comprehension of the complete system and production process, thus improving the system performance. Existing concepts are then reviewed and problems and possible error sources are eliminated.

DIOPTIC operates as “a taskforce for optical measurement at the edge of physically feasible limits,” as the medical journal DeviceMed recently described the Weinheim-based DIOPTIC physicists and engineers.
