The ARGOS Pro software is developed in-house to ensure full flexibility in data evaluation and reporting. Simple measurement recipes allow you to start the inspection at the touch of a button. You receive clear pass/fail results and can go deeper into the evaluation with individual inspection reports. Detailed results are available via an interactive interface and can be saved in PDF format. We also offer customized software solutions for more complex inspection cases.

User-friendly Measurement Recipes

With measurement recipes for different surface geometries, topologies and inspection criteria, inspections can be carried out with a single mouse click. The measurement recipes can be easily adapted. For more demanding geometries such as polygonal outer contours or free-form topologies, we are happy to support you with customer-specific measurement recipes.

Interactive ARGOS Viewer

The interactive ARGOS viewer offers many options for evaluating measurements in detail. In addition to the pass/fail result, you receive a defect map of the entire component. Click on the defects in the overview to see high-resolution images of the largest defects. View a composite image of the entire component and zoom in to see the detected defects at pixel level.

Custom Software Development

There is full flexibility in customizing software to your requirements. With our expertise in AI and years of experience in automating defect detection, we can train neural networks to identify defects from a customized library specific to your manufacturing process. We can also train customized networks to detect defects on top of features such as diffractive structures, reticles, or embedded electronics.

ARGOS matrix 200 and 400

The ARGOS matrix 200 is our universal table-top device, ideal for automated series testing of trays of optical components. This allows for the inspection of any components within an area of 205 x 205 mm. For those who require the inspection of larger components, the ARGOS matrix 400 is the ideal solution. With a maximum measuring range of 400 x 600 mm, the system is the most comprehensive option on the market.

ARGOS Accessories

ARGOS is able to fulfill a wide range of inspection tasks. We offer customized tray mounts specifically designed to hold your optical elements, as well as self-centering mounts for individual optical elements. This allows a high degree of flexibility in meeting your inspection requirements. Our calibration samples enable remote calibration of ARGOS systems to keep your ARGOS running smoothly for years after purchase.
