Quality for your production

Increase your yield and product quality through integrated process controls. Individually adjusted modules test such characteristics as cleanliness, shape retention, number, and the position during the running production process. The latest image processing systems allow flexible adjustments to meet your very unique requirements.

We’ll support you each step of the way, from the analysis of the requirements to the development of your solution and it’s implementation in your running process. All this will allow you to achieve the highest possible testing reliability and an even higher yield and quality in your production. At your request, we can also offer you a service contract for maintenance and fast guarantee services.

Teststand zur Qualitätsprüfung

Test stands for development and quality assurance

In our fully integrated test stands, we connect the highest performance with the best user-friendliness. We offer something that can’t be purchased anywhere ready-made in order to thoroughly test your products for quality assurance. Our test stands are certified and from a single source. Moreover, our offering is not limited to optical and interferometric measurements; measuring mechanical parameters such as pressure, strength or torque can also be integrated. Our test stands are equipped with an adjusted software that is responsible for controls and documentation.

For very specific requests, we offer as a first step that we draft a firm design for your device.

For the future of autonomous driving

Public means of transportation are believed to be revolutionized in the foreseeable future by autonomous cars. The key technology for its realization is based on intelligent optical sensor systems with a variety of image sensors, lenses, light sources, and mirrors. In order to function properly all those components also require a precise alignment with respect to each other during the manufacturing process. DIOPTIC contributes to those challenges across the whole development and supply chain: our professional expertise ranges from the conceptual design and optics design of new systems, alignment systems for manufacturing, inspection systems for individual components to end-of-line inspections.
For example, we develop inspection and alignment systems for the latest generation of laser-based environment sensor systems (LIDAR). Our systems guarantee a high inspection reliability, a large production yield and product quality enabling the manufacturing of highly reliable sensor systems. Autonomous cars with appropriate environment sensor systems will pave the way for more driving comfort and more safety in public transport.

For the next generation of virtual reality images

The latest generation of head-up displays (HUDs) generates even larger virtual images with higher resolution in longer distances than before. This allows for a more realistic display of information in form of a virtual image which merges perfectly with the environment. As a result, the requirements for the optical projectors and the contour accuracy for the windshield as well as their alignment with respect to each other are ever increasing. DIOPTIC provides advice for and develops custom-fit inspection systems to achieve demanding quality objectives.

At the same time the market for VR/AR glasses continues to grow. DIOPTIC assists in meeting the rising demands of both the optics design and the development of appropriate inspection systems.
