The High Level Expert Meeting (HLEM) on precise Asphere Metrology is organized by the Competence Center for Ultraprecise Surface Processing (CC UPOB e.V.). Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, this year’s HLEM will be held exclusively as a digital event. The measurement results with our Computer Generated Holograms (CGHs) will be presented by our expert Dr. Frank Weidner.
